Brews & Bones 2020

The 2020 season is beginning with a socially distanced playdate at Great Country Farm in beautiful Bluemont, VA.  We will be in the same spot by the pond although they did put up a small 2-board fence, so there won’t be room ringside for the tents.  This will probably be a short playday so figure we can all work out of our vehicles. 

No entry fee, no judging, no ribbons or pins awarded.  Our field will have cones set up, no paint markings.  This is a low key playday. The new Cider barn is up and running; wine will be sold by the bottle.  GCF is deciding if they will pull a permit for beer ringside, even if they don’t, Dirt Farm will be open across the road. Food being sold on site.

We are open to having a club member gathering at our house afterward if there is interest. It has been a long wait to have this event and it is unknown if there will be any others this year.  Masks are required in buildings, not outside buildings but social distancing is required.

We will be playing three official games: AAC Fetch, AAC Freestyle, Rings Of Accuracy.  There will be a fourth game as an exhibition game to encourage the general public to participate in: Timed Retrieval.
